We ship throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and mainland Great Britain. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, and other remote postcodes may carry an adjusted rate and timescale — we will always confirm before dispatch.
In-stock tiles are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days, with delivery following shortly after depending on your location. Larger or made-to-order quantities may require a longer lead time, which we will confirm at the point of order.
Tiles are heavy and ship on secured pallets via a dedicated courier. Delivery is kerbside — the driver will offload the pallet to the nearest safe, accessible point. Please ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle and someone available to receive the goods.
Delivery is calculated by weight and destination and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. For large projects and trade orders, contact us for a consolidated freight quote.
Prefer to collect? You are welcome to pick up your order from our Hilltown premises at 8 Main Street, Co. Down. We will email you as soon as your order is ready and arrange a convenient collection time.
Please inspect your pallet on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver before signing. Report any shortages or breakages to us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will put it right promptly.
